What makes this unique is that it has a Neutral pH. Thus, ideal for spraying on soft surfaces like carpet, furniture and natural fibers. Please note that all disinfectants are tested on hard surfaces only. But, on 03-13-20 the CDC recommended that after cleaning soft surfaces like carpet, when you don’t have the ability to launder them, to “disinfect with an EPA-registered household disinfectant” that is on the Covid19 list. This is on that list.
Neutral Disinfectant 64 ( 64 because it makes an incredible 64 gallons from 1 gallon) is one-step disinfectant, cleaner and deodorizer for hard, non-porous surfaces for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, public transportation, cruise ships, athletic facilities, and restaurants.Product is effective in hard water, up to 400ppm of water hardness. Neutral Disinfectant 64 is a virucide, mildewstat, and fungicide. This product is for use to kill and deactivate viruses similar to the following in 10 minutes at 2 oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (660 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Avian Influenza A Virus, Coronavirus, Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Human Coronavirus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV 1).

Usage Directions: Before using the product, food products, and packaging materials must be removed from the area or carefully protected. Apply solution diluted at 2 oz. per gallon of water to precleaned non-porous surface with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, or by immersion.
For spray application, spray 6-8 inches from the surface. Keep treated surface wet for 10 minutes. Allow to air dry. Prepare a fresh solution daily, or when visibly dirty.
