Magic Wand Company has the most generous return policy in the industry!

It depends on the products you purchase.

Any item can be returned for a 100% refund before it ships – must call to tell an agent before it gets shipped 877-926-3748. Special order items excluded, as they are ordered only for you.

Full Refund (purchase price):

90 days from purchase, you can return Magic Wand Company’s cleaning chemicals for full refund, minus shipping both ways if the product was shipped to you. Opened or unopened containers. This does not apply if you rebuy the same product every time and use it and want a refund. Strictly one time only for each product.

60 days for all accessories and other manufacturers cleaning products, minus shipping both ways if the product was shipped to you.

30 days on unopened boxes of machines, wands & tools. Minus shipping both ways if the product was shipped to you.

Partial Refund (purchase price):

30 days return on open box (after we closed the box at time of shipping or pick-up) machines, wands and tools,. Minus shipping both ways if the product was shipped to you and 20% of purchase price to cover restocking to be sold or disposed of as necessary. This policy is made such to discourage people who abuse our return policy. For example, if you are buying a machine with an intention of using it on a job and then returning it within 30 days to get a full refund. If you have such intentions, please do not buy it from us in the 1st place. Consider renting a machine from a local equipment supply rental company.

(If you have doubts about buying a particular machine. Please request a demo at any of our regional stores before purchase).

Machines under warranty from the manufacturer also get an additional superseding warranty from Magic Wand Company. We are the only company in the industry to provide such additional protection for the buyers. This warranty is for the full 1st year and covers you from any manufacturers defects that the manufacturer may also not cover. It does not cover wear and tear items like qds, solution lines, switches, frozen pumps, water damaged motors and such. It covers all the major components like the pump & motor. This warranty can only be performed by a Magic Wand Employee and has to be approved by management.

No Refund:

Any special order, clearance, installed item & labor item can not be returned, as it is only made for your use. We don’t stock it.

How do I return an item?

You must call (877) 926-3748 and get a RA# (Return Authorization #) and shipping or drop off address prior to sending or bringing the item back.  The RA# with your name needs to go on the outside of the box of the item being returned.  Do not send anything back without proper packaging.  If it gets damaged during shipping, you will be responsible for the damage – take out insurance on the product if you don’t have money to replace it yourself.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the “Do we use ‘cookies’?” section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

Do we use “cookies”?

The term “outside parties” does not include It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Your information will never be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.  We would have to be crazy to do that.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
