Returning an item depends on what you bought.

Accessories (Supplies) 30 days
No returns on:
Machines, power wands, wands, electric sprayers, tools & everything else
(If you have doubts about buying a particular machine. Please request a demo at any of our regional stores before purchase)
If the item is under our warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty, we will fix it for free and return it to you.
You must call and get a RA# (Return Authorization #) and shipping or drop off address prior to sending or bringing the item back. The RA# with your name needs to go on the outside of the box of the item being returned. Do not send anything back without proper packaging. If it gets damaged during shipping, you will be responsible for the damage.
Shipping cost back to us is on you.
Our return policy helps keep our customers’ prices down by reducing the price they pay for products purchased from us.

Your information will never be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We would have to be crazy to do that.
How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
