It processes an average of 365 cubic feet of air per minute (CFMs) thanks to a motorized impeller that promotes faster drying and super static pressure for ducting. Plus, a focused airflow design directs air downward across a wet surface, which speeds drying and boosts the unit’s overall efficiency.

Engineered for Faster Drying

Like other Phoenix LGRs, the 250 MAX is engineered for reliable speed drying. This helps make restoration jobs run as efficiently as possible, so you can take on the next task sooner. The unit is ductable with multiple possible configurations. It features a 12-inch intake duct port that’s ideal for flex-ducting and a 10-foot outlet duct port ideal for lay-flat ducting. Collars are included and ducting must be purchased separately. The system is also equipped with a heavy-duty internal condensate pump with 30 feet of hose to simplify drainage. The pump produces 20 feet of lift. Mobility features like 12-inch recessed wheels, a low-impact axle, and a 1/8-inch-thick skid plate make loading and unloading headaches a thing of the past.
