Q. Dee Dee what is the difference in the stain magic and the red relief and the pricing. Sorry to be a pain.
A. The Advanced Spot and Stain DVD goes through explaining that to you as well.
The difference is that if after cleaning their is an organic stain, you need to add oxygen. Stain Magic is Oxygen. So, for example if you have a wine stain, you will put oxygen on it.
Red Relief is for all manmade stains, like Kool-aid. For these you need to remove oxygen. Just the opposite of what Stain Magic does. It removes oxygen and makes the stain disappear or become yellow which then can be rinsed with you wand. With Red Relief you use heat – an iron with a towel.

I just removed big blotches of old pet urine and vomit that had turned into a rust color with this stuff. These are heat activated so I used a steam iron and a white terry towel (no color towel) to remove. Patience is required as it may take some time for the stain to completely disappear. Make sure you clean and blot first to remove excess soil and residue prior to application. I love it.
