Blower: Gardner Denver - #6; Hydraulic lift gate for heavy drying equipment or floor equipment. Within the last 6 months the following has been done: E-3 main heat exchanger rebuilt with 2x strength stainless steel, E-1 heat exchanger rebuilt, new 2-250 ft continuous solution hose on 2 live hose reels, air conditioning recharged, upgraded the divertor valve system/similiar to the new Aerotech models. Within the last year all 6 tires were replaced. Front full brake assembly replaced one month ago. Has 1500w power invertor professionally installed for a space heater in the box cab or for whatever electrical purpose you need. Repair/Maintenance records included. It is in daily use. It also has 2 - 120g (total: 240g) waste water tanks & a 220g fresh water tank with a heat exhanger in it to heat up the water as you are driving. In total there are 5 heat exchangers on this unit.

In full disclosure: the motor for the lift gate is in need of replacement. The "Jake Brake" is inoperable, but does not inhibit any performance of the truck. In case if you are not familiar, this is an engine brake when you leave off the gas pedal. This ability is on commercial trucks only to reduce brake usage. When working, you need to disengage it to operate the truckmount for maximum power anyway. The rear doors need a new face of sheet metal, as some pock marks (happens on all box trucks) have occured. If you want a dependable, mostly refurbished Vortex for more than 1/2 the price of new - this is the one for you.
